When it comes to sending out notifications, Municy allows you to send out information easily and with multiple options depending on your plan. Notifications will be available to users inside of the Municy app.

To get started, head to the Notifications Page and choose Actions -> Add

Next up, you can fill in the details

Title: Name of the notification for reference
Subject: The subject of the message that will be visible to the user
Message: The contents of the message you are sending out
Reply to Email (optional) : The email you would like all replies to go to. If you send out an email notification, when a user hits reply, it will automatically reply back to the respective email
Send After: The date and time that you want the notification to become available inside the app and sent out.
Sending Options

    • Push: A push notification that will be sent to all devices registered to that user
    • Text: An SMS message that will be sent to the users phone number
    • Email: An email that will be sent to the users registered email

Choosing who will see the notification
Send to Public Followers
: This will make the notification available to all users of an agency.
Members: You can select individual users who will receive the notification
Groups: Users in any of the selected groups will receive the notification. Choose “Agency Wide”, to send to all members (not including public followers)
